How are postage rates calculated?

All UK orders over £40 receive free standard shipping.

UK orders up to £40 cost £3.95 unless print to order items are ordered where the cost will vary and will be calculated at checkout.

Most orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class, larger orders will be via courier. You can expect to receive your order in 3-5 working days.

Next day tracked delivery

Order by 12pm Monday-Friday and select 'Next Day Delivery' at check out to receive your order the next working day. Please note that orders are dispatched Monday-Friday only.

Print to order products

Print to order products will be delivered in the usual timeframe, so please email shop@armybenevolentfund.org if you do not receive your order. Please note that these products are non-refundable unless they are faulty so please do check the sizing carefully.

Where’s my order?

We’re sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived yet. We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days (usually less). If you haven’t received your order 5 working days after placing it, please do get in touch here. You can also telephone us on 01732 466 982.

My order is out of stock

We’re sorry that your order is no longer in stock, but we would be delighted if you were to choose an alternative item from our range of products. You can also select to be notified when an item is back in stock by clicking the button on the product page.
 
Is the shop separate to the charity?

Soldiers’ Trading Ltd is a trading subsidiary of Army Benevolent Fund and exists solely to support it in raising vital funds for soldiers, veterans and their immediate families. The profits from the trading subsidiary are donated to the Charity at year end.
 
I’m not happy with my order/items received

If for some reason you are unhappy with your order please kindly return the items to our warehouse within 30 days of you receiving them, for a full refund. Please note, that we will issue a refund via your original payment method, minus postage and packaging costs.
   
I’d like to make a donation on top of my order. How do I do this? 

You can add a donation as part of your order by selecting 'Add donation' during the check out process. Alternatively, if you would prefer to make a donation over the phone, please call 0207 901 8912.
