Where’s my order?
We’re sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived yet. We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days (usually less). If you haven’t received your order 10 working days after placing it, please do get in touch here. You can also telephone us on 01732 466 982.

My order is out of stock
We’re sorry that your order is no longer in stock, but we would be delighted if you were to choose an alternative item from our range of products. 
 
Is the shop separate to the charity?
Soldiers’ Trading Ltd is a trading subsidiary of ABF The Soldiers’ Charity and exists solely to support it in raising vital funds for soldiers, veterans and their immediate families. The profits from the trading subsidiary are donated to the Charity at year end.
 
I’m not happy with my order/items received
If for some reason you are unhappy with your order please kindly return the items to our warehouse within 30 days of you receiving them, for a full refund. Please note, that we will issue a refund via your original payment method, minus postage and packaging costs.
 
Why is postage a flat rate?
Like many other companies who fulfil mail orders, we have elected to set a standardised P&P charge, irrespective of the weight and size of your order. So if you choose to order a single item, you may find the P&P charge feels unreasonable. However we hope you find more than one item you like and by ordering several products, you will see the cost becomes much more economical. All profits, including any made from P&P charges, go towards supporting our soldiers, veterans and their families.
 
I’d like to make a donation on top of my order. How do I do this? 
You can add a donation as part of your order by selecting 'Add donation' during the check out process. Alternatively, if you would prefer to make a donation over the phone, please call 0207 901 8912.
